      The lamp works well. Looks good. The little table doesn't adjust very easily.

      Service and delivery comments:

      Manufacturer has quality contol issues. I was sent the wrong item (a different color). Loose bolts escaped out of the shoddy box it was shipped in. The replacement bolts sent to me were for another unit, so I had to just go to home depot to get the right bolts to assemble. Customer service was initially very helpful trying to fixing problem. I'm still missing the cover for the unit.

      This heater was delivered as promised. The delivery driver was not gentle with the box, and the base did have a dent. I am very pleased with this heater and would certainly recommend it and Hayneedle.

            The first product that was shipped was so damaged it was no longer round and the door wouldn't close. It had dents in it the size of my hand. The box it came in was not designed for shipping this unit to consumer. The customer service to get it replaced was excellent. The refund was given quickly and the second one sent out immediately. The customer service women was very nice and promissed she would have the shipping department verify that it was not damaged before sending.

            The second one came in a box with holes in it and damaged more than the first. A 12 hole in the bottom. I was suprise to find no dents this time but it seems to have a maufacturer flaw. The base is tilted so the pole is not straight up and down. I decided to keep it because it would be too much of a pain to wait for another damaged and I needed it for a party. Hayneedle doesn't seem to know how to properly ship these.

            Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
