Includes a QCC regulator and a protective cover. Requires at least 18 inches of clearance from any overhang and at least 24 inches from any wall.             we had an outdoor wedding and we needed to heat a large tent 40x60. all the rental companies were out of tent heaters so we looked into purchasing 2 of these portable propane patio heater. they were just what the doctor ordered.
