Don't know what you are looking for?

1. Outdoor patio heaters are designed to give even, efficient heat on your patio or deck. Average outdoor heaters that put out 40,000 BTUs are capable of heating areas 20 feet in diameter as much as 25 degrees.

2. Ideal for home use by your whole family, outdoor patio heaters and fire pits are guaranteed to be safe, economical, and easy to use.

3. Although their heavy bases are very stable and tipping is rare, outdoor patio heaters are outfitted with a safety switch that immediately shuts off the heater if it is tilted.

4. Outdoor patio heaters use either liquid propane or natural gas as fuel. Natural gas patio heaters are convenient because they can be connected directly to your home's gas line while propane patio heaters use the same cylinders as your BBQ grill.

5. Residential patio heaters that use a multi-spark electronic starter are dependable and easy to start.  Patio heater covers are also available.

6. Unlike natural gas, propane heaters may crystallize in sub-40-degree weather. Residential patio heaters may be used in this weather without fear of damaging your outdoor heaters, but you may experience slightly decreased performance.

7. Outdoor heaters that use a standard 20-pound propane tank will give around 10-12 hours of heating time, depending on how hot you have it set.
